The interior is decorated by the owner and artist with stones collected from the beaches of Tulum. Warm colors of the tropics and deserts combined with high ceilings, washed white and bordered with 5th century iron railings, the interior displays like royalty. Some of the best cuisines are just walking distance from your doorstep. Feel free to explore the beaches ,also walking distance. Afterwards you can return to CasArte, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a margarita on the roof while watching the sunset.

Stayed in this room with my wife and wow! It is beautiful! As soon as you enter the door, you will walk into a large open living space overlooking the first floor living area and the pool with a huge glass window! It has a comfortable sofa for you to relax and just watch tv. It even has a big table for you to do some computer work. WIFI connectivity is great! There is a sliding door where you can separate this living space and the actual bedroom. The bedroom has a blackout curtains which is awesome! The bathroom is well stocked and water pressure is great. We felt really safe staying in this casa. Fabri is so great and always made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. Lastly… the location!!!!! You are in the center of everything! Yes! Everything! Book this place and you will not regret it.

When I go back to the Playa for sure I will be staying in this room. You can also rent the whole house if the rooms are available – you will just need to send a message to the host. Location is perfect! You are in the center of everything!!! Everything is within 5-min walk (Mamitas, 5th Avenue with unlimited options for food and restaurants, COVID tests for travel, Pharmacy, 7/11 and many more!). The street is well lit that I felt safe walking in the area during the day/night. The room is very spacious with great internet connectivity! Perfect for people who wants to travel while working

At first, I was hesitant to book this Airbnb because I felt that it was too good to be true for this room not to be occupied. I decided to send Fabri a message just to see if the room was really available to reserve. Very quick to respond and really helpful. This Airbnb is just beautiful. It is surrounded with beautiful art pieces and each room just has its own personality. The hosts (Fabri and Vale) are just amazing and kind hearted people. They treated us like they’re own family. From arranging our transportations, suggesting food options, booking activities, and so much more! Fabri and his wife made us feel at home. When Fabri and Vale found out that we got stuck in traffic on the way back to the airport because of the protest (even missed our flights), they quickly messaged me and asked if we needed help. It just goes to show how much of a caring person they are. We can’t wait to go back to this place and experience their hospitality again. Thank you very much for making our trip a memorable one <3
