Nossa estadia no hotel foi incrível! A localização é ótima, facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos e passeios pela região mais agradável de Playa. Fica próximo da 5a Avenida e conta com bons restaurantes por perto. Além disso, a tranquilidade do ambiente contribuiu para noites relaxantes. As instalações eram impecavelmente limpas, o quarto era espaçoso e a decoração encantadora. Definitivamente, uma escolha acertada para aproveitar dias de férias muito bons. O hotel é perfeito, saímos querendo ficar mais. Um ponto mais que especial é o Fabrizio, dono do hotel que fez nossa estadia ainda mais perfeita. Nos ajudou com tudo, planos pra virada, táxi, passeios, nos deu carona para a parada de ônibus, nos tratou como velhos amigos! Simplesmente perfeito, muito gentil e prestativo, além de muito divertido. O serviço de táxi que ele reservou do aeroporto até o hotel foi perfeito, carro impecável e motorista super querido e educado. Já estamos com saudades.

Everything was absolutely amazing! It’s a shame that we only planned two nights at playa — will come back for a longer stay! The house is a special piece of art. Each room is designed ingeniously and each piece of furniture is a special art piece. The rooms are very clean, equipped with all facilities you’ll need. The place is in a good locations close to many good restaurants and bars, and yet surprisingly quiet. Apart from the hotel, Fabri, the host, is a gem himself. He not only take care of our stay, but takes care of EVERYTHING. From airport pick up (at two different terminals even), recommendation for car rentals, for restaurants, for day trip recommendations, the lift to the ferry… with his knowledge he helped us arrange literally everything (he always gives a large range of options for everything and so at no time do we feel like he forces our hands for his benefits, all of his advices are 100% sincerr) Because of Fabri, we had a brain-dead vacation and a fantastic holiday. Thank you, Fabri!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of playa close to restaurants and shops. It is very well decorated with great attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and clean, you can enjoy a really comfortable stay. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly, he personally ensures that his guests can have a good time.

By far the best place we stayed at in Mexico. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is perfect, just a few blocks away from the beach and the center but hidden from the noise. However what really sets this place apart is the host Fabri who went out of his way to make our vacation perfect and was always available and helpful. It felt more like visiting close friends than staying at a hotel. We absolutely loved it and would most definitely be coming back.

It was my first time in PDC and I'm more than satisfied with the place. Fabrizio created a little paradise where all the details make your stay comfortable and nice. The rooms are great, the place is quiet and you feel home. Fabrizio is an expert in the area. He suggested the best activities for a short visit and was sure to give us tips and send us to the best restaurants where he was sure to get us discounts. He even coordinated our transportation from 2 different terminals and was waiting for us when we arrived. Fabrizio and his place made this short vacation the best time ever. I am ready to go back!

El lugar muy bonito, excelente decoración el servicio muy bueno, Fabrizio excelente anfitrión! Me sentí en casa . Siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Definitivamente un lugar para recomendar y regresar.

Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum is always the first doubt we have when we come to Quintana Roo. Ok we’ve decided to be in Playa del Carmen and we had the right decision because we had the opportunity to met Fabrizio and Valentina, the owners of this wonderful place, a mix of Hotel, House but first of all, one of the most hospitality spots we have been for a while. Each room have a personalized decoration with some pieces of art and wonderful care (btw thank you guys for the upgrade to a wonderful suite). The localization is awesome and when you decide to rest, come on, there is no noise which is really difficult at PdC. There is a secret, you can drink wonderful Italian wines as you want, please don’t bankrupt these guys, because we need to come here more and more. Are you thinking about, come on, book it and let everything in Fabrizio and Valentina hands. Ops, almost forgot it, they care all the transfer and dinner things, they have very good taste and a lot of care with their guests CIAO ! And see you soon !
